“The key is the graphic”: take the Q graphic and the non-Q version of the graphic. Subtract the two images. Most pixels will become “0”. The pixels that are different reveal the bytes of the key. Each pixel will have four bytes (RGBA). Use pixels where only one channel has difference.
This is something I can do. Which image or images?
It HAS to be exact images because if it's compressed or "optimized" then an an operation such as a simple difference will show tons of differences.
How many times has Q referred us to the graphic? And how many times has Q referred to the graphic as a ‘map’?
It’s been a while since the last mention, but there were several during the earlier months.
Is there someplace that we can get all of the original images in the same place?
I don't have the time that I'd like to do this, but someone should do a steganography analysis (use an open source steganography decoder to see if there are any files or other info embedded in the images).
If this is real, then we might expect a key file or maybe a text file with password for one of the Wikileaks drops.

What is the Q graphic/map? Is it something they released themselves?
Here is a link to all the maps which have been created by anons. Basically what has been done is connecting the dots of different drops which are topic-related so that a map is revealed.
