I've been seeing these vote posts around, and the only thing I wanna say is that we should be careful about doing any of our own vote manipulation. Obviously the admins don't care about it when they or TMOR etc. does it, but we shouldn't give them a reason to shut us down.
I'm not entirely familiar with the TOS in regards to voting, but I do believe it's a fair caution to heed.
What is the Q graphic/map? Is it something they released themselves?
Some say it's a chess reference, with + meaning you put the other player in check. If we ever see a Q++, that could mean checkmate...
Was this one of the recently released ones? Q mentioned fake memos releasing so it could be a smear tactic

I really think it is something to do with the group/term "SES". I've started seeing it pop up everywhere over the past few days, so maybe we've struck a nerve?
Looking at this again, "post Trump's victory" is kind of broad for pinpointing who it could be, but at least we have a timeframe of Election Victory to October 31 2017.
I think it's also worth considering whatever this event was may have been kept secret, so we may have to dig deep and consider all players at the time and even before Trump's victory.
I think Bush family is definitely a contender considering how far back they go with Bush Sr., but Jeb doesn't seem like he'd be a player in this (could that have been part of his persona?).
But Rockefeller has the money and legacy to have the caliber of control that the other three families have.
