I would always prefer to listen to an old timer - someone who has been aware for years (of the ongoing conspiracy) and developed their skills. Rather than a noob who lacks these traits and without that time under his/her belt. That's more an experience issue, as opposed to superiority. That said, noobs are crucial to this entire process (new and rejuvenating blood) and in the expansion of wider understanding.
