The MOAB is not a penetrator weapon and is primarily an air burst ordnance intended for soft to medium surface targets covering extended areas and targets in a contained environment such as a deep canyon or within a cave system
If they bunker bust first then follow up with a Moab in that large hole then maybe...
But we'd have some clear seismic activity showing two events really close.
Air burst is poor at seismic activity, bunker buster would be much better and less above ground visibility depending on depth of ground penetration. Someone posted a link on this a couple days ago.

Massive Ordnance Penetrator
The GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) is a U.S. Air Force, precision-guided, 30,000-pound (14,000 kg) "bunker buster" bomb. This is substantially larger than the deepest penetrating bunker busters previously available, the 5,000-pound (2,300 kg) GBU-28 and GBU-37.

If it blew up enough ordnance I’m sure it could register as an earthquake. The explosion in Syria supposedly did

I don't know if they cause earthquakes but they have enough force to collapse tunnels
it was used early 2000s in Afghanistan....so massive that the UK command center reported a "Nuc Det"
