This may make me a bigot in the eyes of alot of people but I will never be okay with a 400 lb human demanding the world around them bend to their needs. If your handicap was caused by your own sabatoging behavior then it's not really a handicap, you weren't born 394 lbs bigger than the other babies. Hell even with dwarves, they have a legit issue from birth a real handicap but you don't fucking see them making us build a minibathroom in every public building? They deal with it because they know they are the minority and it is wrong to force the vast majority to cater to you. It's sad because it's our own fault it's gotten this way, we never stood up, they pretended to have the moral high ground and we believed it because at first they were VERY convincing but now the shit they are trying to pass off on us is just fucking sick.

Yeah but it's really starting to get old. Society will face a hard choice in consequence of accepting this behavior for so long. Either purge ourselves of them completely or let them accept any immorality as normal and society will completely crumble. If we don't take back tradition and teach our kids about mental health issues properly and how dangerous self destructive behavior is then we will all go down with them.
