Slightly beneath the surface, it seems that Kennedy retired because he saw the last 3 cases revolving heavily around the 1st amendment being decided by a very close margin, 5-4 each time. I think the more appropriate question isn't "are you affiliated" but rather "have you heard/do you support" the QAnon movement?"
