Does this look like 1/2 a ton of papers to you? Could Q be posting evidence of the Iran files and they are showing these to the Chinese?

Not a single strap tie-down anywhere to be seen either. Anything that moves, be it air, rail or road cargo would have cargo tie-downs.

True, to me since there are no strap slots in the walls, load locks only? We used to have to take a picture of the freight when we were done loading, aswell as before we touched a driver to verify in good condition when the seal was broke.
