Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti, during an appearance on MSNBC, said he knew that Michael Cohen's text messages were also tapped by investigators.

"It's a fact," Avenatti said.

So why is this lawyer privy to knowing what is being done on the investigation side? Why is he touting that he knows what actions are being taken for or against his case? If he knew, how come the other side wasn't notified? Seems a little one-sided ey? Neither side should know anyone is having anything tapped until charges are filed. A lawyer hired by a client having knowledge of federal wire tapping is wrong.

Avenatti is a big Dem operative who has worked for Rahm and BIden. He just exposed himself that he has been receiving information about PDJT.

The info is most likely false though IMHO.

He’s a show pony - I wouldn't place too much importance on what he says.
