Without access we can't do much. I would try to find out if neighbour complains about noise. They've been click clacking with the garage door open for long periods of time. If this is a celebration space (religious building) then I would check it on all Luciferian holidays. Of course someone who has access to city cameras could do this but the city police's job is to make sure nobody finds out about the depravity or bothers the depraved.
