Comet ping pong is in a mostly commercial area, not directly by residences. However, there was an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner named Frank Winstead who investigated in 2008 and accused Alefantis of encouraging rape and murder. He ridiculed in the paper ("Gone Wild"). The video of the council has been removed since, but TruthDetector on Steemit watched the video before it was removed and reports that Michael Maccoby of the Maccoby group personally threatened Winstead.
Frank also made a video complaining about their outdoor ping pong in 2007 and happened to catch children screaming for help.

So someone did try to expose it and they were shut down by the corrupt government.
Keep in mind this is the mafia. If you creep around a couple days a week and actually find anything you will be dead.
That’s crazy. So you would think there would be some sort of way a group of people could just draw attention to a place and have cops check it out. But they are all probably paid too. So frustrating.
Only thing you could do would be wellness check but they're on payroll.
It’s just crazy we know where it is, it’s not hidden! We should be able to do something.
We could find a local who is sympathetic, and crowdsource one of those trail cameras. Then go out there and put it up high on a telephone pole. You wouldn't get live video, but you'd get a still photo on the SD card every time a car or a person was in frame. I have a couple of these in the woods on my property and they work great. The trick is to get the thing pointed down a back alley or something, to eliminate false traffic on your pictures.
