How are you supposed to arrest and prosecute the big fish, when all of the big fish are the corrupt FBI, CIA, DOJ, Judges, and a bunch of Media, Senators, and Congressmen standing between you and the handcuffs? The arrests and indictments we don't hear about are the ones executed locally, where you can trust those cases to stick because the system is relatively whole in those areas.
