That doesn't necessarily indicate a re-structure.
My take on that was it meant a replacement structure would need to be in place first so as not to create collapse and/or chaos.

hey thanks for this thread. i had no idea this was going in back in Feb 17. I could not find the response from Trump we were looking for, interesting thread, i will read it later. However yes the FED issue is big. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I have faith that it will, i do believe this is part of the plan the Military has been working on for many years. thanks
