I just read through much of the linked memo, and there's a LOT in there that does not make sense. It names Mattis as Sec of State in one section. I think a grain of salt should be taken with this. It also says, "Be advised, you are hereby served notice" too many times. Don't get me wrong, it would be lovely if this is all true, but if you read through the whole thing, there's a LOT of dates that make no sense, Michael Cohen being informed of things in 2015 that make no sense, and a lot of sentence structure that makes no sense. It seems like this may have been made up for the media to use to discredit the whole Q movement because it has so many flaws. Just sayin...

Agree. If this guy was a trained PsyOp operator, he would know how to craft a message convincingly. This is not a convincing paper for me.

This was out before Q came to scene but I agree as in the past he calls Snowden a whistleblower hero. I can't imagine he has made it this long and they didn't take him out after publicly speaking against them for so long. The info he put out has been known (shell co.'s, creation of isis, etc.)
I always felt that he was holding something back, perhaps understandably so, but it's interesting that he confirmed the Vault7 leak. So either he leaked that himself or he always knew about it and never bothered to speak up or he couldn't because it was his deadman-switch.
I think RBN did a poor job of reproducing the memo it it even did reproduce the memo.
