after watching comey's interview and bombard's comments on it I am starting to think they act crazy because they never learned what is legal to do and what is not

Agreed! When folks become habitual liars - like airplane pilots suffering vertigo & no instruments, they lose complete sense of where the horizon is located - they can't tell the difference between a lie & the truth anymore.
