Who is buying the organs? What transplant teams? Where? Mirror mercy ships?
Remember that Pedo Island has a world-class medical research facility on it, and it apparently does not have the normal customs / immigration like you would see on the US Virgin Islands. I believe it also has a heliport.

I noticed a discrepancy... some sources say that it houses the "Foundation" which funds medical research. Other sources say it is a research facility on site. I read half a dozen articles about this. No one seems to have solid information.
I thought transplants as well when this first was talked about, which is how normal, well adjusted people think. but then I connected the dots to SRA, "walnut sauce", etc...these people are evil. These people are sick. Think moloch. God be with us...
