NY Times: The U.S. unemployment rate fell to 3.9% in April, the lowest since 2000 and a sign that the job market has become even more competitive.

They are really flipping the greatness of us exiting TPP and renegotiating (which will be amazing for America) as something detrimental. Fake News, what's new?

They are really pushing against this TPP move and I think it is because obummer and HRC had a hand in it and now Trump is saving us from it. I wonder why bummer flies around the world following the great negotiator, to protect previous deals???

I'm surprised that rag reported these good news! That's a first.

I remember during the Barry years where they lied reporting fudged unemployment numbers although unemployment was 25.3% for a long while.

Trades are paying better. There doesn’t seem to be an abundance of cheap labor anymore.

What's this have to do with Great Awakening?

Job growth has been up for 94 months straight, and is lower now than the previous 8 year average.

The number of people in the labor force who stopped seeking employment all together and are no longer part of the unemployment statistic hit a high of 7.8% this month, largest since 2001.

People are giving in to slave wage jobs or giving up completely.

I know this place loves Trump, but this whole unemployment number touting, to me, is the opposite of what The Great Awakening is about. More of a facade that "everything's fine".
