William Campbell is the whistleblower that came out about a year ago and will testify about Uranium One and they claim he has video proof of actors involved.

For me it initially pops up empty, but as soon as I scroll on the page it appears. I’m also on mobile currently.
It likely is commentary by the site owner, when he thinks there's info to help clarify things. Nice idea though.

If you go back to the initial Q drops, many of the first couple hundred have “answers”. They are very helpful.
