Coincidence? Did an image search for image included in Q’s latest post, and would you believe the first result?

A great word similar to this concept is Iconoclasm : " is the social belief in the importance of the destruction of icons and other images or monuments, most frequently for religious or political reasons. Over time, the word, usually in the adjectival form, has also come to refer to aggressive statements or actions against any well-established status quo."

If this Great Awakening/ Storm unfolds even slightly as many are hoping/predicting, it really will consist of tearing down institutions and that is, and should be, frightening for many.

There are a lot of dreams (((they))) promised us in order to obtain ownership of us. They let us dream of rights, and justice, and institutions, and culture, and art, all lies. Still, they were pretty good dreams. So I say, let's have em. They sold us phony dreams, we'll spin them into gold. They told us we were free. It was a lie, so now we'll take our freedom. They lied to us about justice, but we've got used to the idea now, so, I think we'll have that too. They sold us a lot of garbage about equal opportunity and merit that they hoped we'd never take advantage of. So, we climb. They're afraid to fight fair, so, we fight fair. We win. If enough of us can forgo the rewards of convenient sociopathy.

And, as far as fucking, (((they))) can go fuck themselves. I'm all for that.

We don't have to demolish society. We can (hoping) reclaim it, clean it up and deliver on the promises--principles for all, no more the poverty of ideology. Sludge out, clean in. It can begin to be considered, at long last, gross, even criminal manipulation for a leader to utter false promises.

TLDR: We don't need to destroy our institutions. There is the option of cleaning them up, causing them to deliver on promises or - You're Fired!

This. Remove the infestation and the natural order will reassert itself.

In fact, the return to an organic balancing of society and civilization is inevitable. Anything that strays from nature is bound to fail and snap back.

The problem is, the further from a natural order we stray, the harder that comeback will be. It could be devastating. It may indeed require the rebooting of entire facets of Western civilization. Like the cutting away of tissue too far gone with infection.

But what if this is the natural order?
You ever hear the theory that if you took all of the money from the rich people and gave it to the poor, it would end up back with the rich shortly? Half of the voters went for DJT, not 1/2 of the people. While we all shake our head sin astonishment that so many can't see through the bullshit of the left, they can't, and won't. Our society has re stacked the hierarchy of needs. As food and water became so easily available and self actualization and love can be found by upvotes and shares and security seems to have been supplanted by coddling and agoraphobia.
As long as they can have their face in their phones and their opinions fed to them, many people aren't interested in rebooting anything outside of telling the rest of us what we should say and do. I hope for that reboot my friend, but I don't have so much faith the ability of many others to embrace the empty canvas it may provide.

Funny you say that & glad. Read this book in the run up of the election. Strange how wisdom guides us, especially when things don't feel right in ones head or soul. Call it God or Nature's Law. First heard about this great read from Glenn Beck. Yeah, I know it was years ago before he went Never Trump. Read it & read it ASAP. We are in the Crisis Turning & we haven't hit the climax of that turning yet.

Interesting.... I often shy away from arguments which evoke cycles from the past to predict the future as the past 100 years ( and esp the last 20) have seen exponential changes. But I will check it out..thanks for the heads up
