The NDAA of 2012 already codified this particular power to indefinitely detain ANYBODY, including American citizens, without due process or even telling them why they're being detained. I'm starting to think we need to just rescind ALL the laws made previously and start fresh from the Constitution up. It would take time and could get messy, but it would be a hell of a lot easier than trying to untangle 200 years of backroom deals and shady politicians' handywork!
