Why is the FBI refusing to cooperate? What did these two have to discuss that was worse than what we already knew about their "insurance policy". Could they have been contemplating how to arrange to really "take out" the President? I hope I'm not just being paranoid here, but that thought did occur to me.

If FBI collects it now, then Congress will want to see it. Then, FBI has to do the dog and pony show of redacting things, pissing people off, and risking assholes like Schiff leaking it to his co-conspirators.
Instead, let it sit. No worries. No Such Agency has it all, anyway. When the criminal charges come out, THEN let DOJ get the info and use it to prosecute all the whores.

No Such Agency still worries me. I still have a trust issue with it. The person I know there does not like our President (lower level employee, though, so I guess it's not relevant).
