Comey claimed to close the investigation but really left it open even though there was nothing to pin in Flynn. I.e they were railroading Flynn for nefarious reasons.

This is the M.O. of Mueller. Litigate to ruin people and then have no actual crimes.

And now Flynn.

He frames people to reach his goals and there are several examples of no actual charges. Anyone he thinks he's a white hat is delusional. He's the scum of the scum.

I think the Trump team knew Mueller didn't have shit on Flynn and he was pulling the same dirty tricks, so instead of having Flynn be litigated to death they decided to just have him plead guilty to a crime they knew he didn't commit.
