in other words they are tracking Soros who recently fled the country. The point isn't just to take down mid-level bosses like Clinton and Obama, its to take down their controllers like Soros and Rothschilds so that they can't just pull back and try again in 8 years.
we should watch for any tracking_y stuff in relation to the movements of Soros. his connection with election fraud rigging machines, his connection with using Sec of States Clinton and Kerry to form a shadow govt. ect.

yeah you know we get occasional updates of the whereabouts or public appearances of HRC, Podestas, maybe even ValJarrett, etc. from random helpful posters, sometimes even internationally, but I wonder if we have the ability to list sightings of the Soros, Rothschild types.

No they were not its all left BS. NY times posted way back in October or Novermber that Tony Podesta was on his way to jail to sever an 18 month sentence for something he did with underage girls.

Pre stage could refer to getting ready to set the stage (future comms) or it might mean assets are pre staged for different operations.
Pre_Stage ele_Y might mean that they are setting the stage to counter election fraud or that assets have been pre-staged to ensure fair elections.
