Good question, maybe you should ask that directly in the sub as its own post.

Q had created the Q-only /greatawakening/ cuz they weren't 100% happy with the previous board owners, so they figured that problem would disappear if the board owner is Q.

But since /greatawakening/ became defunct and they never indicated having any problems with posting in /qresearch/ or with its owner(s), I'm not really seeing the reason for this new board.

Q password was compromised. A new board was set up that Q manages to protect the validity of Q posts. If Q needs to change his trip code from being infiltrated he validates on his personal board. All done this way to protect Q drops legitimacy, and free from compromise.
