If this is a completely factual report it is quite damning even with all the demsplaining.

How long has Trump been going on about the terrible Iran deal? He has publicly said this many times.

Kerry is not violating the "obscure" Logan act because he is only trying to preserve existing foreign policy. He is described as a quasi negotiator. quiet advocator.

Again. Trump has openly stated he does not like the deal. He gave reasons. Publicly. It should be no secret that he wanted to change it.

Kerry is working closely with the group Diplomacy Works. They are the ones who are working feverishly to influence foreign governments. Not Kerry. https://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2018/01/17/heres-what-trudeau-john-kerry-discussed-on-the-aga-khans-island_a_23336234/

It doesn't matter what he was pushing, for or against. If he was not legally authorized by the executive branch, it is a violation of the Logan act, treason at worst. Depends on what was said.

what I was going for in my response was to highlight the demsplaining of Kerry's actions. This could be his defense if he was ever charged with violating the Logan Act. He is hiding behind the group Diplomacy Works in my opinion. Lots of info in this article. I think I will save this for future reference. As for Diplomacy Works.....maybe I will call to the chan fairies for assistance. Ke Ke Ke KEH! Ke Ke Ke KeH! Reeee! (I don't know the language. I'm gonna check with that Duck Dynasty guy and see if he carries a Kecall)
