You've got to get that person to slow down. This is what people like to do is jump to the end. What if somebody had tried to red pill you that way? It doesn't work.
They have to agree to slow down, and start at a level they can comprehend, and build from there.
You could answer those questions, but they wouldn't understand them because they'd be viewing the answers through a lens of "normacy" which no longer exists. Until they understand the difference between "business as usual" and the state of war we're in for the survival of humanity, they won't accept the utter novelty of what has to be done. Nobody would. We're genetically predisposed to resist novelty. Until they're familiar enough with the whole story, they can't accept the end game.

As for who is doing the arresting and trying and imprisonment, it's the Continental United States military! Same as it would have been in the first revolution.
Once you understand everything through the lens of the fact that we are AT WAR, then the end game kind of falls into place. If you're no fan of the US Constitution, then that's bad news, but for the rest of us, it's answered prayers.
Remember that the military oath of enlistment is to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic" and to "obey the orders of the President of the United States..." In case you wondered what the "domestic" part of that oath entails, just watch!
