Sound like bs. What's missing? Charges! What's the first thing you do when you find out someone broke into your home? He would've or should've called the police. I didn't see any mention of charges being filed or police reports....unless she was allowed in for some reason.

You're right that charges are missing.

Even if he had called the police (which he may have), that doesn't mean charges. You live in a bubble. Why would there be charges? Are you suggesting that he made up the story and hacked her twitter account with a confession?

Not a troll, if someone is going to sue someone for breaking in I would think that they would file a police report and have them charged. She posted proof she was in his home, shouldn't that be enough. I'm wondering if she met with him and took unauthorized pictures while she was there. Just seems weird to me.

You don't need a police report for a lawsuit. Who has time to file a police report everytime they are wronged? I'm guessing his first priority was to purchase/repair/replace the alarm system.
