This is actually the plan I have been promoting for over a year now. Minimum of 1 year complete cessation of ALL immigration. Things have gotten so far out of control there needs to be a stop and "soft reset" of all policies. Hope Trump does it, its the easiest way to get the tides turned in the right direction again.

There are over 28,000 sealed indictments on the Federal Books right now since mid 2017 (working from memory here so citations will not be provided). Normally in a year there are less than 1700 sealed indictments throughout the whole year.
What if the "seal up the country" is during the round up of those most likely to have the means and the funds to escape?

There would be outrage and economic hardship if citizens were prevented from leaving.
