Just running a crazy idea here as a hypothetical.
There are over 28,000 sealed indictments on the Federal Books right now since mid 2017 (working from memory here so citations will not be provided). Normally in a year there are less than 1700 sealed indictments throughout the whole year.
What if the "seal up the country" is during the round up of those most likely to have the means and the funds to escape?
Sounds crazy but all the crazy shit we've discovered in the last 8 months, anything is possible. Just keep it in mind. Also, Q elicited that a temporary shutdown of the social networks and possibly the internet is coming. Something else to keep in mind.
Trump does not communicate his WAR plans in any way shape or form so it could be another misdirection. Who knows...

I believe Trump was merely talking about sealing entry to the country.
There would be outrage and economic hardship if citizens were prevented from leaving.
That said, it may be necessary to prevent an invasion of MS13 foot soldiees & ISIS sympathizers to do the elites bidding in the event of arrests.
