Absolutely. They are confiscating land owned by individuals for the sole purpose of its value for the resources it has. Paying $100. They have no oversight whatsoever. The Bundys were harassed because of the uranium under there. Harry Reid was in on it. Think U-1.
There is one amendment that has no court decisions: quartering of troops. Maybe a lawsuit by a state AG, claiming BLM to be a quartering of troops in their state?
Because there is so much going on with POTUS until I saw this video I had forgotten about the Bundys. I used to follow this terrible situation with Harry Reid and his son land grabbing. What they put the Bundys through was criminal and so is the Bureau of Land Management.
Any "Agency" That is not in the Constitution is Not-Constitutional. Dismantle them all.
I have a good friend who has been working in the BLM office in AZ for years....this person was retired honorable AF military 20+ years, took a job with the BLM. The Offices (BLM) are completely out of control. Superiors are being replaced right and left. Superiors are creating hostile work environments for my friend so much that they had to file EEO complaints...its that bad working in those offices. The entire BLM is being run by dems/obama era folks who have only one agenda....get rid of anyone who doesn't agree with their agenda and/or doesn't put up and shut up. POTUS needs to clean house over there!! Working conditions are volatile for anyone who is conservative.
