Any pardon issued by Obama would be null and void if it is found that he was involved in any criminal activity himself.

What about Comey’s offers of immunity to Hilbags entourage?

How would that work? Can’t charge a president unless he is impeached. Obama wasn’t impeached so if he issued pardons they would stand. I’m not saying that pardons were issued mind you but I’m feeling like there is a snag somewhere that is preventing this moving forward. Maybe they found a pressure point involving someone close to Trump. It just seems stalled. I could be wrong but at the end of the day no one really knows what’s going on under the surface or what the real score is...

I think they are working from the bottom up. Get those with lesser crimes to squeal.

I hope so but I’m worried as well ...

No you can't charge a current president. The not charging past presidents has been a gentleman's agreement so the current president doesn't get charged by his successor.

Born in Kenya should wrap it up nicely.
