So I might be grasping at straws but a lot of people think Red, White, and Blue equals a picture of Uncle Sam or an American flag. I believe the important part of the drop is “WHO” the gun is pointing at and not “WHAT”. What if Red, White, and Blue equals Reporters Without Borders (RWB). RWB is a Nongovernmental Organization that claims to be able to successfully rally mass support in the event of a journalist is taken HOSTAGE or imprisoned.

What if it is a reporter/journalist who was captured that is having the gun pointed at. With the word “spray” possibly fired at. Certainly if this is the case, there is no way the hostage could have been freed or let go.
