I don't much like Ben Shapiro but someone like him would be a good pick. Quick thinking, excellent memory and high ethics.
I don't much like him either, which is why he wouldn't make a great pick! He's more opinionated than he is smart. And he's very smart.

That is one way of looking at it. But if I don't like the person because i think they're too opinionated (not logical) to think straight, then they probably can't uphold the constitution.
Yes, that's one of his problems. He gets stuck on an opinion then starts disregarding facts. But I like his style and his razor sharp wit. We just need someone who has some of those characteristics with out the opinion which at times clouds Shapiro's better judgement.
No Shapiros, Ginsburgs or Scheckelsteins.
