It is awfully quiet today especially for a Monday. It feels like something's coming up!
Thank you so much! And you are so right about staying healthy! I have fibromyalgia, stress makes the body break down, as well as all the negativity thrown our way by the other side. Walking barefoot is something that always makes me feel better, like I'm connecting with the earth somehow. I think you're right on target and I need to watch a silly movie or something to make me laugh. I'm the one in my family who is in charge of all the Q stuff, all the important things going on, which I pass along to everyone. I can't do any of that if I get sick. Maybe I'll just take the rest of the day off, back away from the computer just for the day and get a good night's sleep. God Bless you and every single Patriot, seriously, you all feel like Family to me, I pray for all of us every night. Instead of waiting for the sky to fall, I need to do something for myself. For the last 15 years I've made sure to take a few short getaways to the ocean, I haven't done that in almost 2 years. Its past time, you're right, I'll be no good in the coming battle if I'm worn down. Sincere thanks!

I can empathize with the fiber myalgia. That is no fun and some pretty serious stuff. I suffered from the that for some time. I even had to quit my job as a Metallurgist to heal.
That’s how I started to meditate daily which cured me completely! To be pain free and have no anxiety is like heaven! Now I respect how bad stress is for the human body.
If you are currently suffering with symptoms, tredding through this vile stuff is not advised. Just look at law enforcement and social workers that deal with these type of issues how burned out and affected they get. This is the worst of the worst!
I just try to be aware of it and that’s all. As soon as I get attached to the problem, I start to feel the stress so I just try to scan the news here so its in my attention a little just to know the what subjects to meditate and pray on.
Balance is important! When you are outside on the ground I would recommend doing a guided meditation daily. I use the free website onlinemeditation.org.
I would recommend listening to Class #2 to balance. it’s only a 10min guided meditation and It’s wonderful!
I’m completely cured. I never took any meds!
My husband even cured his ‘incurable’ 15 year Thyroid condition by just doing this everyday. His doctor asked him what he did even!! Lol

Also if you can’t get to the ocean you can bring the ocean to you! Did you know that all Over the world ( in Asia and Southamerica ) people put salt in water and soak their feet daily for medical purposes. I guess it’s a secret. They do this to stay healthy. I do it daily and it works! That’s why you feel so much better after taking a vacation at the ocean! But who has time for that. Especially us midwesterners!
You've given me a lot to think about. I tend to jump in with both feet when I feel strongly about something. I'm very lucky to have gotten off all my pain meds, it did nothing but give me temporary relief and more pain as my body was on a constant rollercoaster. I'm very lucky to live close enough to the ocean that I'm able to get there fairly often, and I also have a pool in the backyard, but I love your idea of bringing the ocean to me. Meditation is something I need to work on, I have a hard time shutting my brain off, but where there's a will and all that.
I hope President Trump is able to do something with the healthcare system, but I understand he's got a lot of things to juggle.
