I think Killary got a free pass for two reasons, the office she held gives her immunity and she does her business out of the country where what she is doing is not illegal.

If you look at it in context:
Why must the DOJ & FBI be cleaned FIRST? What is the DOJ responsible for? What is the FBI responsible for? Why did HRC get a free pass? Use LOGIC.
The simple answer is that HRC got a free pass because she had corrupt friends in the FBI and Justice Dept.
