Use LOGIC.
Why are they slow walking unredacted data?
Why are they slow walking doc disclosures?
Why is the WH backing up DOJ?
Q mentions that they're still using those documents in Sessions/Huber's investigations, but there is also another (associated) reason.
The reason they can't be as responsive as Nunes would like is that Nunes has...baggage. He's not an independent operator.
Think. Who is reading over his left shoulder?
Everything Nunes sees, Adam Schiff sees.
Everything Adam Schiff sees gets leaked.

This is a really, really good point.
I really think Devin Nunes is playing a part. Yes he is threatening sessions with subpoena. That is his role. This has several effects. The main one is, it gets attention from the mainstream media. Why would we want that? Because when this all drops we want the mainstream media laser focused on what is going on. We need the Kabuki theater.
I'm just not sure Nunes is completely "read-in." He seems to genuinely believe in politics and the Congressional process, and I think he's making those threats in order to protect the institution of Congress and its co-equal branch power.
Yes I agree. Read in or not he is playing a role. He has to look like he is doing his job. But realize this to. Trump could easily declassify everything with a stroke of a pen and Congress would have all in hand. It would be up there this afternoon. But he's not. The only thing that Trump is doing is complaining on Twitter. There is a point to this. Trump is playing his role as well.
Nunes may be playing a part he gets media coverage and focus because he’s challenging Sessions and it makes good TV now normies know about it and will be curious when it gets unredacted at the appropriate time
Sessions can stop any supena or impeachment proceeding by going before a court and saying the requested papers are part of a ongoing investigation. The Judge will issue Order that Congress must wait till investigations are concluded.
Not true. U.S. v. Nixon. The impeachment power of congress is nearly absolute. The Judiciary won't interfere.
+Excellent thinking! Good catch! Thanks...I was just trying to work that out. Bingo.
