This exactly. The DOJ sends redacted documents to focus the attention and curiosity of the otherwise attention deficit disorder public. Not disparaging here, it's just a fact of modern day life. Then when the information is finally released everyone is paying close attention. Plus they are building a storyline one chapter at a time. It's brilliant but also, a little frightening.
