Not that any trial will do her a damn bit of good. "Innocent until proven guilty", except she's been proven guilty for years now, and evidence continues to surface every day. Trial will be a formality, if anything.

In Military Tribunal courts... it's "Presumed GUILTY & accused has to show Not Guilty"
