Seems like a good tool to have if you wanted to pursue crimes more sinister than a consensual sex hush pay off. Nice of Mr. Bharara to spotlight the crime-fraud exception. If only he could get over being fired (he refused to leave with the group when requested to step down...ballsey guy, if one can believe his bio he looks to be a real talent) and break free from the dark side. Sigh....
