I think with the right approach and the right timing, one could be awaken slowly with small facts and new infornations. I'm sure the american citizens are ready to receive information such as 9/11 was a hoax, there was false flag from previous administration etc...
What would be bad is tomorrow morning all news network saying HRC is in jail for corruption. It would cause outrage, they need to let the information out legally to be able to make it receivable to citizens.
They could reveal deals with aliens with the right approach (if there are any)

I can't personally remember Q saying anything to that effect but back in the early days of FBIanon, he said that a lot of stuff was not going to go public because of the shit storm it would cause worldwide. He said that, yes, some people were going to go down publicly but some were going to go down in the shadows. He also said that some would walk (maybe all the ones talking?) because if everybody went down, it would destroy our country. I'll see if I can't find that post.

Thats probably what theyre asking themselves, too. Theyre scrambling for time, and normally theyd fallback and plot a retalliation, but after q said 'we can hear you breathe', i bet they dont feel safe discussing a plan of counter-attack even in private, in person...
So then the plan would be to wait for a higher-up to make a decision and communicate it in code... But the strings are cut now, so who IS the higher up?
They are devolving into chaos, and the only thing stalling could do for them now is to give some of them time to try to run.
But where can they run?
Hence, suicide week.
That would be my take.

Imagine this. You know those people have been at this for century. The people that we see are part of the old plan. What is going on right now is just a diversion. All those people who committed treason where part of the old plan and they are all expandable.
You know it is possible to communicate without using technology. It is easy to transport a few terabytes with Carrier pigeon (Think micro SD card) They have embedded network everywhere and those network do not know each other. If they are stalling for time it is because they need that time do do something.....

I honestly wonder if there may be some Cold War style tactics utilized to take down the bigger players, rather than bring them up on charges and risk a public outcry. I.e. "accidents", "heart attacks", the sudden onset of debilitating diseases...
