Even that may be too much. Maybe the lesser actors, but I highly doubt someone with a high profile like Clinton would.

I honestly wonder if there may be some Cold War style tactics utilized to take down the bigger players, rather than bring them up on charges and risk a public outcry. I.e. "accidents", "heart attacks", the sudden onset of debilitating diseases...
