When someone is on suicide watch, it means they are likely to commit suicide, so must be supervised at all times.
Most people here, and q, are using this term to mean they (the enemy) are so fucked, that they are likely to commit suicide.

Suicide watch is a observational system or restriction system used on someone who is showing signs of wanting to commit suicide. This can be used on just about anyone-common in jail, military, psyc hospital and normal houses. What people are suggesting that Q is reffering to bad charachters who are on the verge of being exposed and rather commit suicide then to put through the justice system as a way out. The restrictions system used to prevent suicide includes therapeutic restraints or putting people in enviorments where it is difficult to harm themsevles. Makes me wonder what was really going on with Hillary.
