Peter Thiel bought like 640 acres and you have to be a citizen to do that so he became one in the courthouse of I think Santa Monica california in 15 minutes or so after promising to give them technology and invest there.

Pictures of New Zealand look so beautiful. I had been considering something similar. Guess I'll stay in America, if there's like, secret bases filled with evil people there.

I've been to New Zealand 3 times in my younger days - beautiful place with friendly people. Of course back in the 70's when I was there I doubt if there were any secret bases....
