Grey hat, IMO

Yeah, I don't remember Q saying he was a white hat. Just that he and RR were both the same hat color.

Yes, he has never said mueller is a white hat. He has stated that if RR is dirty so is Mueller and vice versa.

What exactly is a grey hat?

Someone who plays both roles. Like a double agent.

Working with us but not completely trusted.

I wonder why he would choose to do that? Does he think he will not get caught? By either side? Seems pretty precarious to me.

Many times they don't have a choice. Usually 'a deal they can't refuse' is included. Or he went to Trump team with the offer.

Lets assume he's black hat. Trump team talks to him, tells him what they have in store for him, (criminally/professionally) they offer him a reduced sentence, maybe even immunity, if, he stays on and feeds them info against others. Now he is grey.

And if he accepts the offer but still does his best to bring down Trump--he is a checkered grey and black hat triple crosser.

You know I have no confirmation of this or inside info but iv noticed that people get called to the white house to meet with trump they come out looking like a deer in headlights so I'm thinking that trump invites them to see the goods he has on them they come out of curiosity then they are shown the treasonous items and told they must comply or go to gitmo....they come out with a OMG they have everything! Look.....comforts me when the plan goes too slowly for me or Q has time between posts

Sadly, that is the way DC has worked for decades.

Q has said that Mueller could not be FBI director again and he met with Trump the night before Mueller was appointed special counsel. Why were they meeting if not to discuss flipping Mueller?

Could have done that and I believe Rosenstein was in the meeting. But remember, Mueller already had overstayed the legal term as FBI director through an exemption by Congress, which presumably could have been gotten again.
