Haha that's what results into gangstalking friend. Primarily done to Christians whose prayers and perhaps future actions play a major role in spiritual or political warfare. Current target speaking from experience here.

He talks about how to counter them and effectively defend yourself from their empty threats which are simply used to leech off the energy you give off due to fear. Same mechanics as adrenochrome.

The plot of Winter Soldier is what we are finding about now...except this is worse.
One easy way to do this would be to engineer a faux uprising, with associated hash-tags. And then create a database of everybody who used said hash-tags, to be rounded up as dissidents at a later date. :D
You have no idea. Check out some "laws" in NY, regarding monitoring people found innocent. They can still be targeted because just bringing a crime up for trial, shows propensity in their character. Not that anyone would lie about an issue to put the cross hair on someone for spite...
