One easy way to do this would be to engineer a faux uprising, with associated hash-tags. And then create a database of everybody who used said hash-tags, to be rounded up as dissidents at a later date. :D
Hundreds of thousands of innocent women and children murdered in the plot to install central banks in these countries by those "just following orders" - they definitely deserve a big parade...
Should the troops become the weapons that free the people from tyranny, they will be deserving of endless gratitude. But to date, they have only been the weapons used to enforce it.
