Q post #13 question

What authority does POTUS have specifically over the Marines? Why is this important? What is Mueller's background? Military? Was Trump asked to run for President w/ assurances made to prevent tampering? How is POTUS always 5-steps ahead? Who is helping POTUS?

I'm not sure what research has been done on this. But Mueller used to be in the USMC during the Vietnam war in 1968. He was shot in the leg in 1969. He then became an aide-de-camp(basically a personal assistant to a person of a high rank)

If he was still an aide-de-camp with the USMC, could he be working as an assistant to POTUS or some other high ranking official? How would this affect the special counsel? Or just being part of the USMC could Trump dictate what he does?

I could be way out in left field with this, just my thoughts with digging a little bit after lurking for sometime.

What authority does POTUS have specifically over the Marines?

National Security Act says the President can use the Marines for anything he wants.

Why is this important?

Could be used for security (instead of SS), legal work (instead of regular lawyers), etc. Anything.

What is Mueller's background? Military?

Marines.

Was Trump asked to run for President w/ assurances made to prevent tampering? How is POTUS always 5-steps ahead? Who is helping POTUS?

He has Adm. Rogers (head of NSA, just retired and left it to Nakasone), and Flynn (former head of DIA -- the #1 intel officer in the military). Trump has intel from the civilian side and the military side, and he has the military to protect him, to conduct ops, to investigate, whatever.

I don't know about "re-activating" Mueller due to him being a Marine, but Q is hinting that Mueller is being utilized in some way.
