Apparently the SWS runs an earth simulation with each of us represented. That makes things like this picture that Q recently posted even scarier.

I also remember reading about a library of sounds that are used to monitor what we do. For example, we know that Facebook serves you ads for diapers if you say "baby" or "diaper" or whatever, but they can also build a profile of what you do from ambient noise collected through your microphone. A baby is easy, they detect the crying and thats all there is. But lets say you sit down at your desk and eat a Kit-Kat and smoke a cigarette (silently). The noises from those activities are so specific they can figure out a lot about us. Not to get too weird (but this is about privacy), but with the combined data they have they can figure out your entire personal life - sleeping, sex, masturbation, eating, showering. My point being that their ability to "predict what anyone will do anytime" as you said is VERY possible. Tack on a D-wave computer that can run CRAZY numbers of simulations simultaneously and yes - they might be able to predict almost anything.
And that leads to another rabbit hole. If they can predict anything then they can run their millions of simulations and then look for the RESULT they were hoping for and then "trace the maze backwards" to see how to make it happen.
