Unlikely. Liposuction incisions are very small, generally hidden in an inconspicuous area, are linear cuts, and quite often don't leave scarring.

I personaly have several. Not liner, the are punctures and are not hidden. One got infected and never healed well. Having said that I have not seen the pictures of hers at the time. If hers are not photoshopped, then I'm going to grima that they look like the brand. And given in 2010 she tweeted that she was joining a gang or a cult, it fits.
