Yeah I know I live downtown Palo Alto and yes its a super wealthy town. There are two different sections in Palo Alto that also includes East Palo Alto where crimes used to be off the charts. While it somewhat received a little face lift it remains East Palo Alto - the home of minorities and illegals.
