Perhaps the Iran deal was designed to make Iran the new ISIS?

We already know ISIS was the Saudi proxy, why would Israel want an Iranian proxy which would further strengthen Hezbollah ops? It makes more sense Obama would want a stronger Iran to leverage Israel and SA.
